Dexter Woods is a ceramist from Wylie, Texas. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Tx in Visual Performing Arts. Dexter moved to Phoenix, AZ shortly after graduating in 2015 and worked for the Reitz Ranch center for the ceramic arts as the studio manager. Dexter also became a resident artist at the Mesa Art Center in 2018-2021. He and his family now live in Lubbock, Tx where he currently the studio manager at the Helen DeVitt Jones Clay studio at LHUCA.
